Helping Our Members to Serve You Better!
The Emerald Coast Health Alliance currently has over 120 member providers. The members are trained in specialties from Anesthesia to Urology, and include Family Practitioners and Internists for ongoing health maintenance of the entire family.
We also have several Member Facilities including Hyperbaric Medical Oxygen Treatment Center, Eye MD of Niceville Surgery, Surgical Specialists ASC, The Surgery Center at Sacred Heart Medical Park and Axis Physiotherapy Institute.
By choosing a provider with the Emerald Coast Health Alliance, you will help to ensure service-orientated, customer focused providers sensitive to your needs, with convenient locations in your community. Our members participate in a patient satisfaction survey process. The surveys are distributed to the patients to ensure that we hear from you - the customer. See previous patient survey results here.

our patients. All
of our members have passed an extensive credentialing process.
This process verifies a member's education and training, whether they are Board Certified and whether their licenses and registrations are current and without restrictions. This information is kept current and formally reviewed
every 2 years. Our re-credentialing process also includes a site visit to help to
ensure a safe and user friendly environment for your care.
Participation with various insurance companies and plans is based on the personal decision of each provider. To determine if a provider participates with your insurance plan you should call the customer service number listed on your insurance card. You may also check directly with your providers office. Participation by individual members is voluntary and still should be verified. For a list of Alliance facilitated contracts see the Insurance Participation section.
